Earth Explorers: Using Videography to Connect Students to NCAR and NOAA Scientists

The presentation will have two parts. The first hour is an overview of the project's purpose, timeline and logistics. The second will be a hands-on workshop about how to use digital video camcorders and editing software to create your own video. Mac computers are in the room and available for use, as will be a small number of digital camcorders. Please feel free to bring your own laptop and/or cameras (note: you should have a video-editing software already installed, such as MovieMaker or I-Movie.) No previous necessary.
